These New Balance Fresh Foam Kaiha Road shoes are some of the most comfortable I’ve worn. They have a lot of spring and padding underfoot, which makes them perfect for walking, recovery days, or just being on your feet for long stretches. I haven’t used them for long runs yet, but they feel like they’d hold up well for that too. The cushioning is soft without feeling mushy, and they have a smooth ride. Highly recommend if you're looking for a well-cushioned, supportive shoe that still feels light on your feet.

This shoe is my favorite I have purchased. Yet the most disappointing shoe wear I have seen. Within 30 days of purchasing my left foot top material began to rip open exposing my small toe. Just using at the gym and walking. Then in the next 30 days my small toe on my right foot began to rip open exposing my small toe. A small restraint line is on the front top of the shoe but it doesn't reach the toes on the side. The soles are still in tack. Very impressed. But if you can't keep them on for fear of them ripping? A simple design could result in change and strength. It's looks like a design flaw. I don't expect a shoe to last for me more than 90 - 120 days tops. I usually wear shoe soles out in that time. But I've never seen this kind of top design disintegrate fast like this. I live under pressure to look for shoes every 60 days and purchase every 90 - 120 days. I'm use to it.

I’ve been running in the New Balance Fresh Foam Kaiha Road for about six months now, and they’ve held up really well. The Fresh Foam cushioning continues to provide a soft, responsive ride that’s perfect for easy runs and recovery days. The fit remains true to size with a roomy toe box that keeps my feet comfortable, even during longer runs. The upper is lightweight and breathable, helping keep my feet cool while still offering good support. The outsole was a bit stiff at first, but it loosened up after a short break-in period. After half a year, they still feel supportive without any significant wear or loss of cushioning. The design is clean and sleek—maybe not flashy, but it fits well with a variety of styles. Overall, these shoes have been a dependable choice for anyone looking for comfort and cushioning on their easy runs or daily wear without the high price tag

I was wearing the New Balance 608 for a while. I liked the arch support and that they came in wide. (perfect fit for me) I decided to try these. They remind me a bit of Hokas but are less than 1/2 the price. (though I have never tried Hokas BTW) The foam is so thick. They may make you 1/2" taller. I look forward to wearing the version 2 etc in the future if they come out with them. Black looks great. Modern looking. The biggest thing for me is that I needed something to help with my planter fasciitis. No more foot pain. I can walk for an hour without issues easily, probably more. I know other shoes would help but these were about as expensive a shoe as I was willing to buy. I will miss the leather upper when it is wet out. I like my feet staying dry. I will take them in to get them waterproofed but not sure that will help.

I had to replace my Brooks because Brooks Incorporated a plastic cap in the toe and it would rub against your toes at the end of the shoe. I’ve worn Brooks and Asics gels for many years, but these New Balance shoes are wonderful. I love wearing them. Now DONT CHANGE A GOOD THING!

New Balance makes a great shoes, however these kicks leave you with a feeling of being disconnected from the ground. They a comfortable, but your feet a on nearly 2 inches of squishy foam. Not a shoe to work out in... but maybe decent to spend a day walking around...maybe.
