I bought these shoes as my regular work shoes were falling apart. Since these came as part of the Amazon Wardrobe (try before you buy), I ordered them and was fairly happy with the fit. I have long toes and need a wide toe box - these shoes surely fit perfect to size (I got an 8 1/2) and I have plenty of room for my toes. So for a pair of shoes to work out in the yard and for just every day use, they are just fine. Also the price was very reasonable. Now the cons - I am flat footed and I feel the shoes do not have enough cushion. In fact the shoes actually bother my heal spurs if I wear them too long. Now, if I wear them for a few hours and then take them off and put them back on, they are fine. But again, they surely needed more cushion. Also, my pair has a squeak problem and I would assume this is the poor cushioning which is rubbing on the fabric somewhere. All in all, the shoes are perfect for a cheap pair of work shoes around the house and yard. If there had been an offer to buy one, get one at half price, I would surely have bought two pair. I have a hard time finding shoes to fit and was generally surprised these gave me the room I needed. Very satisified.

I have been wearing New Balance athletic shoes for over 40 years and have always found them durable and comfortable. I especially like the extra wide (4E) option. These specific shoes were a bit on the large side but manageable. I usually wear the shoes without socks and put about three miles a day walking with them. My running days are over. Tried the stock "Fresh Foam" insole but found it uncomfortable. Did not like the uneven surface and it didn't seem to provide much cushioning. Finally I have replaced those insoles with Dr. Scholl's athletic insoles. Much better. Can't comment yet on durability as I have only had them a few days.

I bought this shoe because of the brand name and the toe flaps that reinforce the mesh over the big toe areas. Without the flaps, my big toe often eventually breaks through the cheap mesh, months later. The shoes are comfortable, except the arch supports are noticeably high. I HOPE I can successfully run and walk in these shoes. The problem is it will take me days to find out, and if they are uncomfortable and don’t break in well, I will be very unhappy. In addition, it will be too late to return the shoes.

I bought these for work because I was walking 15k-20k steps on an 8 hour shift, and my feet were killing me. These were a life saver! Hands down the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned! Pretty durable too. Something like 6 months of hard usage and, other than being a little dirty, they’re still in really good shape.

Product was ok. Slight variation from original specs. Delivery was poor. Said on Amazon one day delivery-/ it took almost 10. Also you should Audit this shipper. I started receiving Fraud text messages regarding UPS delivery wanting me to click on links. Not good.
