He has worn New Balance for years; they usually are true to size, comfortable & wear well; Good for walking, everyday use. Average quality shoe. I found the listed men's size 10.5 was more like a size 10, and my toes were jammed up against the front inside of the shoe's canvas. The width fit my narrow feet well, so those with wide feet may find these shoes too narrow. Not much internal arch support nor side support; hence, my foot would tend to slide in all directions. They definitely are light weight shoes, however. I used for walking on grass, concrete and asphalt surfaces; not sure they would do well for running, and definitely not a court or training shoe due to the insufficient durability/sturdiness and support. ... show more

I regularly wear 9.5W. I bought another brand a couple of months ago that I usually wear in the same size and it fit well. I don't like the tall soles that most running shoes have these days, so looked across different brands. This shoe showed up on time and looked good right out of the box. However, the size was tight all around before I even tied them. I loosened the laces more and tried them on again, but still too tight. Like I mentioned, the shoe look nice, so I'm going to try the 10W in hope that it fits just right. ... show more
