After a season in cramped nikes. I ventured over to newbalance. The cleats are quite comfortable, the wide option was available and helps give comfort not found in many shoes as they're too narrow and difficult to get on. Grip was never questioned on the slick turf of a paintball field. Edit: 1 year in. The cleats still had solid grip but insoles were blown out and uncomfortable. The media could not be loaded. I’m highly disappointed in these cleats. At first they were perfect they were very light weight and felt comfortable but after my first 2 college games I noticed lifting on the soul of the right cleat and the spikes themselves broke. I put some athletic tape on them like I’ve done before on my prior cleats I played a game yesterday in grass (I normally play in turf) and the cleats were destroyed worse the tape held them together but once the tape came off so did the soul of the cleat. ... show more

I play Rb in a premier league and these aren’t far better than any cleat I used they are snug, very lightweight and I can may great cuts as well as reach top end speed easily with these on. Great support so far and have no issues I recommend for anyone who is playing a field sport also they are great on turf that blew my mind how well they work on grass & turf fields it makes no difference with these on. These are great shoes for wider feet. My son wore them to play varsity football and liked them a lot. The only downside is that the plastic on the outside ripped and started to peel off. The shoes still worked, but look rough. However, the number of football practices and games also take a toll on the shoes. We will buy them again! ... show more

    • Comfortable
We bought these for football after struggling with very poorly made, uncomfortable football cleats. New Balance never disappoints with their comfort level. These had much more padding and cushion than all the name brand football cleats offered in the stores.
