I really like these shoes. I bought them because the color reminded me of sneaker that I had back in the '80s, and because I've always had good experiences with NB. No break-in period at all. These felt great from the first minute they were on my feet. I saw the reviews talking about the exposed foam in the tongue of these shoes. This is true, it is exposed and it does seem to me that it would be better if this was sewn inside. But I've always like New Balance and will assume that, after over a century of shoe making, they know what they're doing in terms of durability. ... show more

    • Great shoe. Width is a bit wider which is good?

I was having a hard time finding a shoe that fit me. After giving up at the brand name stores I tried Amazon. After receiving these shoes they are bigger but definitely feel better. No more foot pain. And the colors are excellent. Will be buying these again in the future.

My husband has a particular style and sticks to it. These fit that style and I've converted him to New balances comfort level. Evertime he puts them on, he tells me how comfortable they are.

The shoe looks good overall, and it’s comfortable. But the pod it photos kind of hide the exposed foam on the tongue of the shoe. It just looks like they gave up and didn’t finish making the shoe.     • Perfect skate, casual comfortable sneaker
Comfortable, true to size and very light. Wanted something to replace my Vans and Nike SB. These are more comfortable than both. I also bought some Lakai; not even close. The Lakai are tight in the toe, where the NB fit more like a Nike SB. Highly recommended
