Ankle went down shoes were worn in a few months and started hurting my heel...assumed they were slightly too big. I could not find a womens all black size 9. Tried ordering from New Balance and they canceled my order right after I paid stating they couldn't verify it was me ordering. I would give ZERO stars if I could. My son has been wanting this pair of shoes for a while now. Very disappointed to see that not only have they been previously worn, but the left shoe has a hole in the toe.
