The New Balance 515 series are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. My first pair was the bright orange ones and they fit so well I ordered 2 more pairs. For a real extreme test I decided to wear these new black ones to my part time job as a grocery store cashier. 6 hours later my feet were just fine and no problems at all. These shoes for sure hold up to pretty much anything. My son has worn them to work, in the barn, in the woods and they still have no holes in them. They also dry quit quickly on a boot dryer. The color stays bold and really doesn't fade. Them come pretty clean with a damp cloth. He walks in them all the time and doesn't seem to bother his feet. I have large and wide feet (size 16 wide), so a decent fitting, decent looking, and comfortable pair of shoes is hard to come by. These shoes were affordable and well worth the money. They were put to the test through my clinical year of veterinary school, and and still holding up great a year later. I also used them to train for a 5k in this time, and they were quite comfortable for this as well.
