I’ve tried different brands of shoes .They either don’t carry or make shoes in wide sizes that fit me.New Balance does and the shoes are very comfortable.New Balance shoes are reasonable price wise too ,which helps.They have a variety of colors for even the pickiest of persons.

I bought these to mow the lawn with because I didn’t have any old sneakers left. They’re not as comfortable as I remember them being 10 or 15 years ago but they’re still pretty good, and traction is very good on hills. I have pretty sizable bunions and I don’t find them overly irritated after a couple hours outside, but I do think the toe box is a little narrower than I remember or other models. If you've seen other shoe reviews I've submitted you know: I walk 10 - 20 miles a day, am hard on shoes, and wear size 15. All I want is a pair that I can do a 15 mile walk in without my feet becoming a mass of blisters. It's a struggle. Had a pair of NB 608s (which are usually reliable) give me a huge blister on the left 3rd toe. I generally buy 3 - 5 pairs of shoes during Prime Day, and I think these have been in the closet since 2023 Prime Day. Put the 608s away and tried these. Oh yeah! NO RUBBING. Fit perfect. Did 5 miles right away - did great. I'm pretty dang happy about these. The soles feel a little thin (I can feel every rock I step on) so I'm worried about how many miles I'll get out of them. But so far (week 3 - ~220 miles) they're going great. Just my luck - the model will be discontinued when I go to buy again (always happens). ... show more
