I recently ordered the 5X brown flannel for personal use. The sizing chart indicated that the flannel would accomodate my large hips (60in) and big chest (ddd). It did not. I love the color and material. I love the length (at 5ft 8in) that came to mid thigh. I couldn't close it. Not at the hip area or the chest area. The waist was good. I could wear it open but I don't like layering.

I'm a big gal, so I ordered the largest size and it fit very well in all the worrisome places: my chest and my butt. But the shoulders are designed for a linebacker — IN HIS PADS! The shoulder seams width measures a whopping 29 inches, meaning the shoulders fall halfway down my upper arms. Most women, even large ones, do not have a shoulder width anywhere near this. So this shirt is relegated to a nightshirt for me.

My wife is a plus size petite and the Nemidor women plus size plaid shacket was an attractive fit. I got the “navy/yellow” shirt for her because it is the best-looking color combination with the richest looking aesthetic. The color navy/yellow is a misnomer – the shirt is navy/burnt orange (or navy/pumpkin). I am going to call it navy/ pumpkin spice burnt orange. The rust-colored hue just shouts “FALL” with its onset of autumn leaves colors. The good features of this shacket include: 1. A good hand, owing to the medium fabric weight and good construction. 2. The sew through buttons are of nice quality and the solid dark color of the buttons complements the fabric’s plaid pattern and color. 3. It is a roomy cut that is perfect for layering. I do not have any cons. Yes, there are more exquisite shackets but at this price point it is a terrific value. The colors are vibrant without having a sharp contrast between the two dominant colors -- burnt orange and navy. The shacket fits oversized without being frumpy, the buttons are substantial, and the length is perfect for my wife. The main positive is that my wife will stop borrowing my flannel-lined shirts.

I absolutely love this flannel shirt! It is definitely a shirt and not a shacket. I normally wear a 2XL and am 5’8” and this 2XL was oversized enough to wear with leggings and plenty roomie. The flannel was actually a little bit stiff but also thin material. For a hotter Texas fall this is the perfect weight. I’m guessing with some fabric softener it would loosen up a little but I like the structure the stiffness added, almost like a starched shirt. The colors are true to the pictures online. It seemed good quality, I have worn it multiple times with no loose buttons, loose threads and the edges are all clean. I definitely want more in different colors!!
