My son is 3 and a half and does not crawl. He's a little rough and somehow the from tips of these totally rubbed away and shredded in 1 day. So they are definitely for pictures or like special occasions not every day wear.

I bought these boots in size 9 for my toddler. He wears other shoes in size nine as well and there is only a small difference it fit. The boots are a bit wider and the sole of the boots extend out more than an average shoe. The quality of the boot is great. There were no deficiencies. Great buy!
