Once I put 6 plastic/paper cards, on one side and 8 plastic paper cards on the other side they fit well, and easy to remove to use. But, I did notice once snap close the 2 sides together, the width becomes about the inches wide. Behind each credit card sign you also have two slots on either side totaling four behind the credit cards. I like that you only have to unsnap to get a credit card instead of unzipping.. Once you unzip the other side, you have 4 slots to put paper money or medical cards, plus a center zippered compartment to put store coins. Also, on the Nautica emblem side, is a another slim compartment. Once opened the left side has a folded piece, that comes out to extend the width of 2 inches on the left side to two 1/2 “. (You could use those for big coins like quarters for tolls etc.. There are 2 zipper pulls. Inside is fabric outside, matches the anchor design. The exterior zipper pole slides, easily. It’s a gold round coin about the size of a nickel, with a sailboat sale with N, S, E, W.. The material looks sturdy, Then Nautical design material looks sturdy only time will tell. It looks beautiful in person, better than the picture. It looks like a expensive wallet, at an affordable price! Only con I had about it was the drivers license, slide in, could be a little bit wider to make it easier for the license to push out. Maybe it’ll stretch overtime…

I think the better design would be better with double zippers so credit cards are secured. It is however a very nice wallet. Makes an excellent gift.
