They seem to be made well, have nice cushioning, ran short. Packaging was non-existant: came in a plastic bag. Weren't damaged but boy they sure could have been. I'm exchanging for a half size up.

I've had a ton of compliments. I wore them with a cocktail dress to a holiday party as well as a professional dress at work - the style is timeless. The heels are easy to walk in, I'm not a "high" heal person, but had no trouble walking in these/wearing them all day. The only disappointment was the comfort factor. Most platform shoes I've purchased have better padding, but these are as hard as shoes with a thin sole.

A nice, basic, neutral Mary Jane. Not particularly interesting but more comfortable than I expected. The plastic heel tip is slippery so I'm having it replaced with a rubber tip. My normal shoe size in this brand is consistently a 4.5. When you wear size 4.5, you cannot be too picky.

As far as heels go, these are probably my favorite. They look really great, give me an extra few inches of height, and are tolerably comfortable. Nothing rubs or causes pain - the balls of my feet do ache after a couple of hours standing in them.

I have bought countless black shoes and this by far is one of the best I bought! I am a true size 4 and it fits perfect in length but it is narrow around the toes. I’ve been trying to stretch the toebed area. I’m a flight attendant on my feet a lot and my arch feels well supported even though it’s got heels, it doesn’t feel that way Wish the leather was a tad but more durable.
