This is for the few of you, like me. When you try the shoe on, make sure the piece of cardboard, keeping the toe in shape, and tucked deep in the toe box is removed. I didn't see it & therefore didn't pull it out & tried the shoe on with it. I thought, that's so stiff & uncomfortable! Remember patent leather mary janes? Felt like that. Pull out the cardboard and voila! The shoe is a soft dream of comfort! They are not stiff, they are soft & feel amazing on. They are well-structured for such light weight. They have a heel, but it feels good. I have flat feet with a wide toe box & narrow heel. My heel moves a tiny bit, but if you can walk in mules you can walk in these. My heel doesn't slip out, I ordered my true size: 8.5 Wide= Eur 39 Wide. I love the look. I wanted to not like them because I ordered others that were cheaper, but once I removed the cardboard, I am unable to send them back because they are SO COMFY! Hello new work shoes. I ordered the blue, but I think that will only be noted when worn against black tights, otherwise they are a very dark blue--will go with some blue things I have, & I won't hesitate to wear with black.. ... show more

    • Run big but look great
I absolutely love the look of these shoes and they're very comfortable, but they run big. I had to try a few different extra padding/insert situations before I could wear them comfortably and not have them slide off, but now they fit and the are very comfortable.

I initially loved these shoes-they weren't heavy, the color was fabulous, it was versatile and price was great. The leather, however, stained very easily. Water or any liquid stained the fabric and could not be removed. After a few stains, they were essentially unwearable. Back to work today from a vacation....wear the shoes and it already burst...only to realize that the shoes is dry rotten. I am so disappointed. Had I not traveled back outside of the USA I would send it right back. The shoes is literally falling apart...I am so disappointed.

Given the price, these shoes are an excellent value. They are very comfortable, although they seem to run just a bit on the large size. (I have very wide feet so usually go up one size, and these are a tiny bit loose.)
