I usually wear a size 11 or 10 1/2 depending on the shoe brand, I own other naturalizer sandals on size 10 1/2 an they fit perfectly, but this pump model it just runs way too big, it felt like I could almost fit two fingers in the back of my shoes, had to return it, and exchange it for a size 10. This shoe gives the comfort of a wedge and the look of a heel. These are a little loose in the heel area, will need a heel cushion for the inside back of the shoe. Otherwise these are good to go. Needed a nice looking shoe that is comfortable enough to walk around during my trip to the UK
