What a great find. I took a chance and bought the ones that said buy used like new. They were 30% less than the new ones, and they were perfect. Someone clearly had only tried on one shoe and found they didn't fit and returned them. The other shoe had not even been unwrapped from the factory packaging. Leather shoes, very comfortable and stylish, they fit beautifully, they don't hurt my feet, and I got them for a great price. I am now a fan of buying the used like new items, as long as it's a good deal on the price. I have seen a couple of items where they're only a dollar or two off, and that hardly makes it worth it. Shoes is an awesome deal! I definitely buy these again and might buy them in another color. UPDATE: Wore these all day to a wedding, the photo shoot and reception. Even better than I expected. They were very comfortable all day long, and my feet did not hurt even a tiny bit after many hours wearing them. Wow!

This shoe is beautiful and true 7 1/2 narrow and comfortable. The pointed toe is proportioned to fit narrow heel and narrow toe with enough space for function properly in walking—no squeezing. The heel is a perfect height for dress or pants. The color was as pictured online. I consider Naturalizer shoes to be expensive but I bought them on sale with extra discount. Would be worth the original price because of narrow width and quality of materials and construction. The only improvement I would like is a memory foam with arch support insole. I can add insole. I look forward to wearing these shoes for a long time.

These were great to wear with navy pants to a smart event. I cannot wear heels any longer and it was tricky to find nice looking dressy shoes and especially in navy color. Nice quality shoes. My regular size was perfect for me. Comfortable and dressy looking.

These shoes are just perfect for people that have bad backs and want just a touch of heel. I normally wear a size 8 and ordered them in an 8 regular and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable. The toe box has plenty of room and the adjustment for the heel is smooth and not rough. They are 100% leather. Cute shoe for the money.

These shoes are beautiful on but ‼️ but they're not true to their size I got a eight wide then ordered a seven and a half because they said they were running small well I don't know what's wrong with the ones I got but I ordered a half up wide and I ordered my size wide and they're not staying on🙃 so stay away from this shoe maybe if u wear a socks 😁 but I'm not going to order another two pair of shoes it's not happening.... 😭 Returning
