These flats are cute but the quality is appalling. I bought these 3 weeks ago, wore them twice a week for work. And now the back heel is already starting to disintegrate…. Mind you I have Sam Edelman and Tory Burch ballet flats that are still going strong after 6+ years. Do not buy these!!

I bought this shoe, especially its comfort, but I am very surprised by its sleek and beautiful appearance. I ordered a half-size smaller than usual, and it fits perfectly. Got lots of compliments on it. I have it for a few days and it looks like it'll keep up very well. It's very supportive. One downside, it is not very cool.

I admit that I am sensitive in terms of how shoes fit me. I usually really like naturalizer shoes, but these flats have a bit of arch support that I find extremely uncomfortable. I tried walking around in them in the house to see if I would get used to it, but they remained uncomfortable to me. For someone who likes the arch support, these might be a great shoe. They are very pretty and the leather is high-quality and soft.
