these heels are very good and stable. attractive and professional. i usually wear 9W in Hoka sneakers. in these heels, i tried the 9W, 8.5W, and 8W. the 8W is what ended up fitting. they’re high heels, so of course they’re as comfortable as a pair of heels can be.

How this managed to get through inspection before shipping is one of those great mysteries. According to Naturalizer's site, another customer left a review of the same color Anna Pumps with the same unsightly moldy spots along the shoe. Clearly Naturalizer has been putting in less effort than usual on their heels in recent years. That said, Amazon is obviously no better in allowing these defective shoes to pass quality control. I've requested a replacement, but wanted others to beware of potential issues regarding the quality of the pumps you receive. EDIT: These are the so-called (unsightly) replacement pair I was sent. How this sort of thing even manages to get past inspection before shipping is beyond me. I took a screenshot of both pairs alongside each other to show they are in just as horrendous a condition as the first. Needless to say, both pairs are ready to go back. So much for the Purple heels I wanted which would've been a perfect match for my Dress :-( ... show more
