Runs small - I usually wear medium, and the large fits well. Its long enough to tuck so I'm not flashing crack when I bend over, but the sleeves are a bit long. I double roll the sleeves to keep them out of my way, but would prefer just shorter sleeves. If this same shirt is available with 3/4 length sleeves, I'd buy that instead. Initially I purchased them for the cold weather, and the sometimes cold clinics, but also found they offer an additional barrier to protect your arms- which if you work with animals like I do, is a wonderful bonus!
