I ordered this jacket to wear in my office at work. I am no longer a floor nurse and I share an office with another person so I like to wear an extra layer because I get cold and she gets hot. This jacket is nice looking, well made and has a bit of stretch. The length is good and I like having the zipper closure. The pockets are large and well placed. The fabric is lightweight but adequate for keeping me comfortable in my cooler office. I would describe the sleeves as fitted but not too tight. I am able to pull them up past my wrist to wash my hands but I can see why some other reviewers disliked them if the couldn't pull them up to the elbow. They work fine for my preference. After my first purchase, and first couple of washings, I purchased a second jacket in a different color. I found it to be consistent with the first one. I will probably buy another at some point. I do recommend this jacket if you aren't concerned about pulling the sleeves up very far. ... show more

I am a size 16, 5’3, 180 lbs. I ordered a 3x. It’s a bit big. I washed it, in hopes that it might shrink. (It’s still in my washer as I write the review, so I won’t know whether it shrinks or not until later). Also, it would be nice if this came a little bit on the longer side, this not long enough to cover my behind, and that’s what I wanted. It’s lightweight and kees me warm throughout my shift. I really like this jacket. It has a nice fit to it to compliment your figure. The only thing I don't like is no elastic sleeves so the arms can't be pulled up to wash hands, etc. It is quite tight at the wrist so removal of jacket is necessary at times. Very thin. Not great to wear in specific areas if the area is very cool or cold it will not keep you warm. Does not stretch at all, product has thumb holes but possibly tare the fabric trying to utilize the thumb holes. Product needs to made better. For a nursing jacket.

Great scrubs for a great price. They do run a bit small. I usually wear an extra small in scrubs. I had to exchange the extra small for a small. So if you are in between a small and extra small, order the small. I'm 5'3 and weigh 120lbs for reference.
