Got these for yard work in Hawaii - got tired of unlacing and lacing sneakers. We don’t wear shoes in the house. The heels are a little loose, but the straps keep them on. If I needed to do a lot of straight walking, the looseness might be a problem. Ordered size 8, if they have half sizes, 7 1/2 would be better. I have very wide feet, high arch, so am very happy they fit well enough to wear fairly comfortably. ... show more

I thought these were like the "Sloggers" I had also ordered. They came back too far on the top of my foot (which might be higher than average) so they rubbed. I do have a wide foot and these would have been fine width wise. I would recommend them to someone who has a very "normal" shaped foot. It was hard for me to tell how comfortable they would be for a long time. I wear a 71/2 wide and these were a good fit except for the top coming back too far. ... show more

I got these for my grandmother who has an extremely high arch and instep. Finding shoes that don't aggrevate her feet have been an ongoing journey. These Clogs are perfect! They have all the support for the arch and the angle cut properly for a high instep. She loves them!
