I'll be honest, I'm not sure what makes a great skate. I will say however that these look and feel quite nice. I ordered the brown and it is a very attractive skate! I haven't been able to use them yet as the river hasn't frozen yet, but boy am I ready! The sizing seems true to listing and I could not find any blemishes or corners cut. The materials all seem very nice and for casual use, I suspect durability will be great. I would order again.

These skates provide a lot of ankle support and protection. The boot is particularly stiff and rigid around the ankle, providing a LOT of support. The fit of the skates is pretty standard and accurate, just make sure you read the sizing information carefully before ordering. It's a good value fore the money, as most ice skates are quite expensive. The only downside of these skates, and where buying a more expensive pair might benefit you is that they aren't particularly sharp out of the box. You'll want to have these sharpened before taking them out on the ice. It's not super costly, but it IS a little annoying to have to jump through that extra hoop before using them.

These men’s figure skates have a nice feel with a suede-like material on the outside, and the blades are sharp and ready for use on the ice. However, the sizing runs a bit large—I usually wear a 9.5, and even the size 9 felt roomy on my feet. The skates only have laces, without additional tightening features like Velcro or straps, so the fit can feel loose compared to higher-end options. Overall, they’re decent beginner skates and will get the job done, but sizing down further may be necessary for a snugger fit.

We use these figure skates for skating on the local indoor ice rink (hoping and waiting for natural ice on nearby ponds and lakes) and not specifically for figure skating (no spins or jumps). First, the comfort level: Ice skates are not really made to be comfortable, imho, with the stiffness they have around the ankle and the bottom of the feet. So, as ice skates go, these do relatively well in the comfort area, with the soft and fuzzy interior lining of the skates. Still, your ankles are protected as you lace them up all the way to the top making sure you are solidly strapped in. They fit true to size and are easy to get into if you unlace them down to the foot area and open the front lip. The look of these skates is nothing special with their plain black exterior, but that isn't much of a consideration. The blades are pretty thick and strong, so no issues going round and round. The stitching and lacing seems to be high quality, so am hopeful these will last a good number of seasons. Overall, nice recreational skates that get the job done.

These skates look nice and the shoe portion fits well. The material quality is thick and well-made. The laces are a good thickness and work very well to lace the boots up. They are also long enough to do a double knot. However, we had to stop wearing them because the left blade did not come sharpened and skating on that leg would always cause us to slip. This is pretty dangerous and could cause you to fall or hurt your muscles. We stopped using the skates and rented some safer ones. Ultimately, we just need to get the skates sharpened, but I expected the blades to be ready to use. If you do purchase these, make sure to inspect the blades and be cautious when using them for the first time to prevent oversight of the company's Quality Control.

These are very nice beginner skates. They are light and comfortable. True to most skates, these size 10 skates for men fit my 11 to 11.5 typical shoe size. The leather is of decent quality. Comfort is as expected and the extra insoles are appreciated. If looking for your own skates, these are a nice pair to invest in and grow your skills.

These Nattork Figure Skates are a solid choice for both men and women, offering excellent stainless steel blades that provide great performance on the ice. The enhanced support and strength really help with stability, making them comfortable for longer skating sessions. However, it's important to note that these skates tend to run big, so I’d recommend sizing down or trying them on before purchasing to get the best fit. One downside I noticed is that the pair I received came with a noticeable dent, which was a bit disappointing considering the quality you expect from this brand. Despite that, the overall comfort and support are impressive, but just be mindful of the sizing and check the product carefully upon arrival.
