Not a bad starter set of skates. Quality of material used is great and the advantage of it being adjustable to fit your child's size is a major plus. Only highly recommendation is that you get them sharpened before skating. Made a big difference for my daughter.

Like many new ice skates, they can be a little stiff at first. It took a bit of breaking in for the fit to feel fully flexible and comfortable. Overall, the BASYNOL Nattork Adjustable Ice Skates have been a fantastic purchase. They are comfortable, durable, and provide excellent ankle support, making them perfect for both beginners and more experienced skaters. The adjustable fit makes them a great long-term investment, especially for growing children.

The skate body is mostly plastic with a kind of Frozen look to them, but they were easy to manipulate and get my kid's feet in and tied up. The soles were decent thickness and seem to be comfortable for the kiddo. I'd say they are a fair quality for the price and should easily hold up to the amount of abuse they will receive from my 3 y/o. We'll put them through some good ice time and then come back to this review to adjust as necessary.

So I’m 54 and I am a beginner ice skater. I’m 115lbs and figured I don’t need a professional pair of skates. I’ve used adjustable skates before and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money so I figured I try these. I am really impressed with the quality of these skates and the comfort, lots of padding and support inside. Planning on going skating this week to try them but so far so good.
