I had to order these twice because the first time they sent me the stools someone had already opened and I didn't even have all the parts to assemble. Plus the nailhead design was really crooked on both stools so I decided to return and reorder as I didn't select the open box option to begin with. The second order turned out a little better. The color is great, the nailhead is mostly straight and the height is perfect, but they were a pain to assemble and they're wobbly. My boyfriend ended up having to finish assembling these because the holes for the bottom screws were half stripped on both so I couldn't hand screw them in all the way. After about 1/3 of the way they wouldn't go in any further. He had to use a drill and even then it took him a while to get them to cooperate. Eventually we got them assembled but the footrests and legs are still kinda wobbly. For $160 each I thought they would be a little better quality. This is my first apartment so it works but I wouldn't buy these again in the future. ... show more

Wow. So this is my second attempt at a review. Lets see if it actually gets posted or if i'll be banned again. So this item arrived completely crushed. But even if it hadn't arrived looking like it had been run over by a truck, I would have returned it. The wood of the seat felt like cheap, light balsa wood. And the legs are an ugly green plastic material, not wood. "Amashom" blocked my first review saying it had vagually "violated terms and conditions" when I asked them why, it took them 6 weeks to send me an email saying they reviewed my account and determined I was posting "pretend reviews". I've been with this company for 15 years! There's nothing about me or my account that would signal this review is fake. And I have photos!!! And proof of purchase!! This item is sold by Amashom directly and they are blocking negative reviews! Hopefully this gets through with the 5 star rating. ... show more

We bought three of these and they look good, and fit nicely under our bar, they are pretty easy to install but the ones you have to screw in are best done with a screw gun almost impossible to do with a screwdriver as per instructions.

It took me forever to pick out bar stools. I finally found these and gave them a shot. The first color I picked didn’t end up working for my decor so I exchanged for these. They’ve held up well and they are super pretty!! They are sturdy too!
