I had purchased these for my daughter as soon as I opened the package and I unlocked the first bracelet I noticed it will not go back together. I thought it was just me so my mother tried and again she can feel a spring inside pushing the piece back out. So I try to unlock the other one and it will NOT unlock. I'm very disappointed. The male one was TIGHT and popped off thought that was the issue. Until the female one repeatedly popped off as well. Hard to get snapped in and locked. But then also pops off. Regularly. Defeats purpose of.

(EDIT AFTER MY ORIGINAL REVIEW) At this moment I'm giving a one star for the bracelets because upon delivery the woman's or the smaller of them won't stay locked. And another thing I layed them side by side and the woman's bracelet which is supposed to be shorter than the men's is actually a smidge longer. I immediately contacted Amazon for an exchange and a new one is supposedly on the way. If and when the replacement one comes if not defective I will change my rating. I have received a replacement set of bracelet's and this set seems to be working just fine. There's still no difference in length between these ones either, but they're working just fine. ... show more
