I've been needing to purchase a medical bracelet, but I don't like the idea of bringing attention to my medical needs or wear a bracelet (unless it's for an emergency). I like the idea of a tag because it's somewhat discreet and I'm able to digitally add my personal information. I like the idea of scanning my information as opposed to anyone reading it. It's was easy to set up and put on the watch. It's comfortable and fits well on my watch band (I have a Galaxy Watch 4 for reference). You don't feel it on your wrist either. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, and I'm glad I got it.

Good quality material for watch band. The included web page was easy to set up. The service will email you any time the web page is visited. Your personal website isn’t visible until your watch and is removed and reversed to see the QR code.

Easy to set up and allows you to enter as many medications as needed. It also sends an email notification any time they QR code is scanned. The email provides GPS location as well. Great concept.

I did an initial entry of information including a selfie photo and reviewed it with an EMT to get his feedback. His reaction was that it answered all the questions they would normally be asking. He was also surprised at the amount of information that I was able to enter. Since then, I have added more information as I started thinking about it. I scanned my medical insurance card and added that as one of my photos. I have primary & secondary emergency contacts listed plus added my primary care physician and cardiologist. Medication list can be updated easily with both additions and subtractions. I placed surgery history in the "notes" section with type of surgery and date it took place. The "tag" fits nicely on my Fitbit band. It also is easily visible. Under $20 is a bonus. Bought a second one for my wife who has more medical conditions and medications than I do. She did not have any problem entering all of her information.
