Bags are good but could be better. I had some bags that did not have a good seal on the sides so it became unsealed when I put in beef jerky slices. Wish there was more room on top for the heat sealer; I made it work.

We are in the process of putting together emergency food supplies. These bags will be perfect for packets of individual spices as well as spice mixes. Spices store better if kept away from light. Since these have a clear plastic side to them I will be placing several of these baggies inside a larger mylar bag with oxygen absorbers to help preserve the freshness of the spices. ... show more
