The material has a nice weight to it, so it’s not thin or see-through—no slip needed. It fits true to size. For reference, I am 5'11 "and 195 lbs. The XL had just the right amount of stretch to hug my curves while still smoothing over less flattering areas, and it flowed beautifully when worn (hitting my ankles). For the price, it’s an incredible value and looks far more expensive than it is. Another big plus: it’s washable instead of dry-clean only, which I definitely appreciate. This dress is absolutely fabulous. I bought it based on other reviews and agree when others say to not hesitate, just buy it! I wore it for my parents' 50th anniversary gala, it is the perfect mix of formal / elegant and easy. The fabric has good weight without being heavy, DID NOT WRINKLE in a long car ride and HAS POCKETS! Style is beautiful, I am large busted and the high neckline was comfortable and didn't require fussing or tugging at all. Length is long, I'm 5'09" and wore a medium heel which was perfect (if wearing flats, it would be on the floor). Cap sleeves were great for the church portion. Slit is a little high but easily fixed with a few stitches if desired. Overall , this is now my favorite semi formal dress to wear. Grab it ! ... show more

This is a very pretty dress! The material is very stretchy, which makes it more comfortable than some other options. It doesn't cling to you, but it does show the bra line a small amount. This dress it is very elegant and the fabric is heavy but not that bad. The color is beautiful. Well made. For reference I am about 5”6, 36B, 135lbs. The length is manageable with some 2” or more.

This dress is well made, comfortable, and very flattering! I think it fits true to size. The only reason I need to return it is because it’s made of mostly polyester, which is going to be too hot for me to wear to an outdoor wedding in September.

Loved this dress! Alittle long, but being short I expected it and would just wear higher heels. Fit was great and the slit was perfect on thigh. The arm pit area was just a smidge more open then id like, gave a very slight front armpit nudge I'm not fond of. But it was very slight. Material was awesome, very soft, and durable. It was a beautiful dress, but it was not true to size. The dress was so tight. I bought a xxl which is my normal size18/20. But this was like 2 sizes to small. Unfortunately i wasn't able to send it back. But i love the dress itwas beautiful. If they had bigger sizes i would have exchanged it
