Shoes should always mention whether they're for a high or low instep. Most are for a higher instep than mine and it's a constant problem to have to order and guess, try on and return. The upper is too large. Also the band that goes around the ankle is large and kind of cheap. I'd love these anyway if they fit better. Sending back ...

These shoes were cute out of the package but OMG wearing them was a whole different story. I wore them for a whole shift. However several times during the day I contemplated asking to go home because of the discomfort from these shoes. As other reviewers pointed out, the heel pushes the toes forward so they are constantly rubbing up against the shoe. To get relief you try to slide your feet back I actually feel a friction burn on the bottom of my foot from attempting to walk in these things and it’s not because they were not my size. I bought the proper size but the shoe is not practical for long wear time or for any wear time! Buyer beware, DON’T buy if you stand or walk for the majority of your day.
