I won't buy these again. The soles are not quite. They are great on carpet but God awful on tile floors. You sound like you don't know how to pick up your feet! I threw the packaging out because they fit my feet. If I hadn't done that I would send them back for sure. It my opinion they are very poor designed! I wear these everywhere they are very comfortable. I didn’t want to spend a lot on the bigger name brands of these shoes. These come at a good price and are as comfortable as my name brand Ugg boots.
