    • Fit a bit large if you're in between sizes I would go down.
I made the mistake of going up to an 8 - I'm a 7 1/2 but when I ordered a 2nd pair I ordered 7 and they are perfect. I love these boots all the colors and they are super super comfortable. I don't know about you but many times these boots fit weird in the toe too tight on the top of the foot - not these they fit great. But even better they look GREAT when you look down. I always feel like these type boots make my foot look huge but these are super feminine looking and I always get compliments. I have the grey pair too with the white. And price point is fantastic so that I can afford to buy 3 pair! Thanks! ... show more

I really love these boots. They feel comfortable, fit well and I love the way they look but, the outsole is the problem. The outsole is rubbery around the edge which is great but the middle part is smooth making them a bit slippery if you turn or walk too fast. I am going to have to order some anti slip adhesive pads for the bottom but these boots are worth the extra few bucks for the pads. ... show more

The sweater‑knit design and faux fur lining make them feel soft and winter‑ready, and they pair easily with leggings or jeans for everyday wear. They tend to fit a bit inconsistent, with some wearers finding they run large or wide, so going down a size or wearing thicker socks can help if you’re between sizes. Comfort is decent for short outings or errands, but the flat sole and light support are not ideal for long walks or standing all day. In light winter conditions they do well at keeping feet warm and handle occasional splashes, but they are better thought of as fashion‑forward, “cozy weather” boots than serious snow or ice footwear. Not what I expected. So many of their boots you're able to wear outside AND they're fashion boots. I ended up saving these for when my daughter is a teen to go to school in. Not much more can be done in them. They are VERY fashion oriented vs practical for dog/cat walking slushy errands or going to a park. It will never happen peacefully in these so just be aware. The soles of the boots wore off in 51 days. Completely open to the ground. I would like to speak to customer service but the option to speak directly or write to online is not available. The only way I can let the seller know what went wrong is to write this review.
