She said they are warm, easy to put on and take off, and true to size. The material is soft, seems thick and stitching is good. Slip resistant and durable. There is a thick memory foam inside. Love these boots. They are just as expected. The sole is not too thin but not to thick, and moves well while walking. I will say the elastic bands around the buttons often come loose, however they are just for show, so I clipped them off and no problem.
