I spend a long time putting the matts because they had alot of issues and we tried to put them the best we could. I contacted the seller about having issues with my order i showed them pictures of the products after I install them at the beggining they said they were going to give me a full refund without having to return my items but i needed to send pictures so i did send them. The pictures show that the driver seat matts go too much under the peddals and they are getting stuck so i had to move them back more under the seat and they keep getting stuck to the seat then they said well on the pictures it looks like they fit perfect right? I kep explaining them the issues and they kept telling me that they just dont meet my expectations they didn’t understand my issues also they are customed and the interior rear mat has writing that is supposed to be visible on the middle but since the matts where bigger the writting is not visible at all and they too big so i had to tuk them in on the back seats. Also the trunk mats from one side they look ok but from the other side there are alot of places where there is too much overlapping and other places the matts didn’t cover them right and the matts keep comming off and i have too keep making them stick again. They didn’t provide enough velcro tape so i had to purchase more and they still dont stick right. They didn’t care about my issues i kept explaining them and they told me the only way to give me a refund is to cut all my matts in half and post pictures. I felt that they were being rude and disrespectful and they were making fun of me. I didn’y feel comfortable talking to them. I don’t think their products are worth the price what o got was definitely not what i expected and the customer service was indeed useless. I’m not going to cut my matts in half i don’t think that is necessary when at the beggining they never mentioned that and after all the money i paid for them i waited a month an a half to get the packages and both packages where in completely bad conditions and it smell bad and it was all dusty. I got upset and disapointed when I was talking to them because i kept repeating my issues and sending pictures and they were just making fun of me well of course for the price i paid for them i was expecting them to fit perfect but they had alot of issues. I still want to keep them they can’t force me to cut them in half its unbelievable. They are customed made for a reason i want to keep them the messages i put there are meaningful i don’t want to cut them. They don’t understand I’m very dissapointed.

This turned out to not be the product I expected. It looks fine. However, for wear and tear in a vehicle? No. It's not durable. Basically, it feels like a blanket that comes from a moving van. It is so light, I can't imagine it will stay in place. I'm going to give it a try and I'll update this review but floor mats should be heavy and thick. New: over a long period of time I have gotten to where I am ok with the mats. They look good and have stayed in place so the fit is good. Would still want more durable thicker, heavier material but these are fine

These NOOOOIICE. I bought my set for my wife's daily car. I got it in the brown. They were so nice I bought myself a set. Stupid easy to install. The best mats I have EVER bought. My neighbor actually had some for his car unbeknownst to me me. He said he had them fir years. I highly recommend this.

Love these mats, this is my 2nd set (another car). Anything of dark color is the best. Takes awhile for shipment but you'll forget about the wait as soon as you install them.

EDIT: currently waiting on a replacement set of mats that was volunteered by the seller to rectify this order. this review & rating will be updated upon their arrival EDIT 2: nope, second set was almost as bad as the first. waited another month for them to come in only to be disappointed again. seriously, don't waste your time or money with these -- returning them would have cost me more money, they went to the trash, it seemed like the most suitable place for them. the ordering process says to be as specific as possible when placing your order and these 100% DID NOT FIT my corolla the way they're supposed to. they're clumpy all over and both the mat themselves and the clips don't line up, almost like they're meant for a different vehicle altogether. they even got the emblem color wrong. I waited 1½ months for these and am beyond disappointed with these mats.
