My toddler loves this! It was a great price- much cheaper than I would have expected. The back opens so you can store all of the pieces together which is great. My toddler loves his playing with it. My only complaint is that some of the pieces are really hard to get into the holes. This is better than the holes being too big and pieces falling out though. ... show more

    • Toddler’s New Best Friend (and Mine Too)
I bought Mr. Potato Head thinking it would be a cute, nostalgic toy. What I didn’t expect was for my toddler to treat this spud like it’s the greatest invention of all time. At first, it was innocent fun, putting the eyes where the mouth should go and laughing like a little evil genius. But soon, things escalated. Mr. Potato Head has been wearing sunglasses upside-down, a mustache as a hat, and somehow lost his arm in the battle of “Let’s throw all his parts under the couch!” Now, Mr. Potato Head is a constant companion. He goes on car rides, sits at the dinner table (because “he’s hungry too”), and once even ended up in the bathtub, turns out, he’s not water-resistant, but he survived. The best part? My toddler’s creativity is off the charts. The worst part? Trying to find that one rogue ear before bedtime because “Mr. Potato Head CAN’T SLEEP WITHOUT HIS EAR, MOMMY!” All in all, this toy is a win. It’s cheap, durable (thankfully), and endlessly entertaining for him and me. Watching a toddler try to make a potato wear a nose as a hat is the kind of comedy money can’t buy. 10/10 would recommend, but prepare yourself for missing body parts everywhere. ... show more

    • Classic Mr. Potato Head but also a teaching tool!
I remember growing up with a Mr. Potato and now that I have a 1 year old that loves Toy Story so I bought this to go with his other Toy Story toys. But I also got it to help teach him body parts too, which has honestly worked. He is able to show me where the parts go in the correct spots and show me his eyes, ears, etc on himself.
