Super disappointed. Just emailed them and here is what happened and what I said. Awaiting their response. Hi there, I recently ordered your bar height table, model BT02 off of amazon and can I say I’m very disappointed. I’m still having a hard time believing you would even send something like this to a paying customer. To start I received this with half the hardware not even present. I could understand a piece or two missing but you guys weren’t even close to including everything. I received 8 M8 x 55mm (D) and there should have been 4. I did not have any M8 x 50mm (E), there should have been 4. I did not receive any M6 x 12mm (F), there should have been 8. I did not receive any or the M8 (H) nuts, there should have been 4. I did not receive the “Big Allen Wrench” and as well as the “Wrench”. In total I was missing 14 pieces to assemble this table. That’s pretty outrageous. Secondly both piece number 7, the holes are bigger than any of the threaded hardware described can fit. So measurements on your end were completely off so even if I had all the pieces they still all would’ve fit. The hole take a completely bigger thread size. And lastly the 6 screws not even shown in the instruction manual that hold the table top to the frame, 4 of them were completely ripped out of the bottom of the table. I recognize you tried to save customers time and effort by shipping it already put together but that is a huge shipping flaw. The USPS is a great company but doesn’t always treat each package with the care it should get, meaning while it was getting thrown around it must of ripped that hardware out. Now I cannot even put them back in. I’ll need to buy a bigger screw. The table itself looks great. It was what I expected and will work for my application but even with the exception of one of four of pieces, number 8 were bent! Easy fix just bent it back myself. I can’t even put the damn thing together. This product I thought was easily worth $160 is worth $20 at best. Again not too happy and I’m pretty understanding in most circumstances but this is something I haven’t seen anything like it. At this point I’d like to request another unit sent to me as this one is not even worth sending back. George Kerr *UPDATE* Customer service is great! Fast response time and I’m glad to see they’re willing to make things right. For that I changed the 1 star to a 5 star just because of the customer service. Their response: Hi George, I am very sorry to let you receive a defective product. There are reasons for factories and poor service of UPS. I totally understand. I am very familiar with this product, I can imagine the problems you describe. Sometimes luck is really bad, all the problems happen together, of course, this has nothing to do with the customer, it is our fault. Could you please provide your order ID and specific address? I will check the details and send you a new product. We never ask customers to return the returned product. Believe me I will be absolutely responsible and will not let you suffer any loss. I am also grateful that you can give us a chance to make up, instead of contacting Amazon directly or leaving a negative review directly. Apologize again, Vivienne

Was afraid to buy this based on price not sure if would be really cheap or come damaged but I took a chance, When I recieved the table the package was securely packed and protected from any shipping issues. The frame is very sturdy, I got the black color. Was easy to put together i've been looking for a specfic table (size & height) for next to my hot tub like in another review I read wish it was waterproof but I'm going to have a sheet of plexi glass to put on top also. I HIGHLY recommend it so happy!!!!!

Each year around this time I become 'a magical elf' transforming our studio at work into whatever theme is decided with little to no budget... this year the big boss wanted a 'cozy cabin' theme... at first I was going to literally build a mantle out of wood but as time got closer and the more complicated it seemed considering I have NO woodworking or engineering experience I had to turn my creative brain on... I searched high and low trying to find the PERFECT table that not only had the height I needed but also the width... Insert this gorgeous piece from Mr IRONSTONE! With a couple small furniture risers it transformed into the perfect mantle to hold decor and awards for our celebration! As me and my 'helper elf' started assembling this piece (which only took maybe 20 minutes with both of us working on an end?), I kept thinking to myself how I wish I had room in my house to take it home. It's a gorgeous piece to add to your home OR if you need a quick mantle it works for that as well :)

I think this is the best standup workstation, especially for the money. And it looks great too. Much nicer than those tabletop contraptions and more affordable than the desks. I have been working from home exclusively since the lockdown, and sitting all day was killing me. I missed the sit/stand desk at the office. I am so happy that I found this table! I’m 5’ 6”, and the height is perfect for me. Plenty of space for a large laptop and second monitor. It’s very sturdy and stable. When I set mine up, my husband was immediately jealous so I had to buy another one for him! He is about 6’ tall. It may be a little short for him, but so far he uses the stool more than I do and it is working fine. (He isn’t used to the standup idea yet.) In summary, I love this table. Very good looking, functional, and lightweight but sturdy. Oh, and at the end of the work day I put away the computer and we have a nice little table for happy hour! Get the matching stools!
