The protocol droid C-3PO of the protocol droid was transformed into battle droid when the protocol droid Anakin Skywalker and Padme Amidara were headed to Geonosis to save Obi-Wan Kenobi. The R2 was able to drive the battlefield with full use of their own functions to save the unfortunate companion. The R2-D2 appeared in Star Wars Episode 2: Attack of the Clone, has been reproduced as a high-end 1/6 scale figure with a total height of 7.1 inches (18 cm) and more than 10 movable locations.
