Extremely easy and fast to mold for a perfect custom fit AND so much more constable than the night guards my dentist made for me for over $400!!! RealZeal mouth guards / night guards takes about 5 minutes to mold. 1) I heated half a small bowl of water in microwave for 2.45 seconds. 2) Soaked the guard for 15 seconds until soft. 3) Cooled it for 3 seconds. 4) Put it in my mouth. 4) pushed it with my hand from the front of my mouth to mold it between the front teeth and inner part of mouth/top lip 5) push the back part with my tongue against the back side of my top teeth and roof of my mouth 6) Bite down gently to create impression of bite between top and bottom teeth to a comfortable level That’s it!!! These are very smooth with the comfort of ergonomic silicone. Crazy simple, cheap, effective, comfortable—Perfect!!! Don’t let the dentists sucker you into wasting hundreds of dollars like my husband and I did 17 years ago….It was a hard, pricey lesson…

My dentist recommended a night guard for clenching my teeth which was way out of my price range. These ones work so well and are actually very comfortable. They are not to hard to mold. I messed up in one but got a perfect fit on the second. My tip would be, make sure not to bit down when molding. Just use your top tongue, top lip, and fingers if needed. I would def recommend this. Im having less headaches due to clenching my teeth after 3 days of sleeping with this. Also, so you know this is a real review, my cats name is momo

Happy it came with multiples, it fits noice, and it molded to my teeth perfectly. It does have a smell and it might be too durable cause I completely messed up the first one after boiling it too long

My dentist recommended a bite guard for sleeping because of an issue with bruxism, the grinding of teet, so the hunt began. A custom appliance seemed too expensive, going into the hundreds of US$, so I decided on a more commercial approach to save some money even though they're know for being less comfortable. Typical prices for a single premium guard was anywhere between US20 - 30, after doing a little online and in-store shopping. I narrowed it down to the Reazeal Mouth Guard for Grinding Teeth and Clenching Anti Grinding Teeth Custom Moldable Dental Night Guard Dental Night Guards to Prevent Bruxism -4 Pack/2 Size. Firstly, value and quantity...For about 25% the cost of premium. I basically received 2 guards. They give you two pairs of two sizes for you to choose from. The 8 pack is even more of a value. Secondly, ease of use. I followed the directions with required heating the guard in hot water for about 15 seconds, removing and cooling for about 4 seconds. Then, placing in the mouth and biting down and pushing your tongue against the roof of your mouth to finish shaping the appliance. Less that a minute of work gives you a custom appliance. NOTE: I highly recommend purchasing a cooking thermometer to keep you from melting or not having the guard hot enough to soften. Third, the quality is high enough that, after the guard is shaped and cooled, it keeps its shape and is resistant to biting. I haven't noticed and cracks or chips breaking off so far. You'll also notice if you do bite down, the pressure is very cushioned. Lastly, comfort. All your efforts of softening and shaping the guard paid off. You have an exact imprint for your teeth to rest on. The rear of the guard shapes to the roof of your mouth. The front conforms to your front gums and cheeks. I was skeptical at first, since I never used an overnight mouth guard before but was pleasantly surprised. Even though I knew it was there, I was not the least bit uncomfortable to wear while sleeping. Nor did I wake up in the middle of the night to take it off because of discomfort. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a mouth guard. NOTE: Make sure to follow the instructions provided with the mouth guards. Remember, there are two different sizes and you have to use the one that fits best.

I am using this product to help reduce "teeth clenching" while sleeping. The instructions are very clear. I trimmed a tiny bit off the back. Then immersed into a cup of hot water that was within the range specified in the directions. Let it sit for the instructed amount of time, then placed in my mouth to form. The material is very comfortable, I am able to sleep easily with the guard in my mouth. I really like the product and the value as you get four guards and several cleaning tablets.

About as expected, it is thick, but that's what you get for a cheap one-size-fits-all product like this. Took a few nights to get used to having it in my mouth. Does seem to reduce tooth and jaw pain. I tried to stop using it one night and actually woke up to the discomfort of grinding my teeth, so I've concluded that it helps. My dentist told me not to use it because it is not custom fit for my mouth, but I can't really stop now and still sleep well. Eventually I may get a custom fit one. I already have a lot of jaw/TMJ issues but this does not seem to be making that worse, if anything I have less frequent jaw pain since using it. I have to subtract some stars because they switched the product on me after I ordered (this was many months ago, forgot to leave a review back then). I thought I was ordering multiple sizes so I could see if one fit better without having to try to snip it properly to size, but I got a box that said "new 1 size" on it and only had one size, so I didn't get the product that the site told me I was getting and I was not informed prior to shipping. I have snipped it slightly and it isn't a big deal to do that, but I still didn't get what I thought I was ordering.

The night guards are easy to mold and I like that four come in box. They're comfortable but probably won't last long if you're an extreme grinder. You can simply make a new one when needed.
