These are actually pretty decent for the price. They are not very high quality if you have a show bike, but if you want to mount some low stress highway pegs, you could do worse. The threads are all functional, and the fit is acceptable.

The item came on time. Install was seamless. The chrome inserts seem to be somewhat lose. Not sure if this holds up over time but given the price, I had to try. If it breaks quickly, I'll update the review .

I used these mounts to mount forward controls on my 1980 XJ650 Maxim rat rod chopper. They do not make forward controls like I needed for my build (foot clutch and chain linkage rear brake). So I modified some café racer rear controls to be a foot clutch and chain linkage rear brake peddle. These brakets minus the square block were perfect for the job. Worth every penny. ... show more
