I bought this item almost two years ago and installed it on my 2018 F150. It now has about 30,000 miles on it with no problems at all. I do see some negative reviews, and while it may be possible that some units aren't all the same out of the factory, I have zero issues at this time. All I can say is make sure it's installed correctly with proper torque specs, clean everything thoroughly and use quality grease when installing. These gave me no issues during install, correct replacement for the factory wheel bearing hubs.. They are cost effective and have held up with issue for a couple years now on my Grand Caravan. I recently installed them on my mother in laws caravan to fix a bearing growl while cornering.

2015 Subaru forester limited, bearing was JUNK!!! DID NOT LAST 3 MONTHS!!! Was installed by my mechanic who is ASE certified and has his own business and I have been going to for 20 years, to boot he teaches auto mechanics at the college...so mechanic error is non existent, The company Motormotor who sold me the bearing said they are sending me a new one, but at there own pace, so whenever I guess, they said we will email you when its on it's way...been a week now...NOTHING!!!!! I cannot drive my car now it's so loud and I am a health care professional taking care of COVID Patients, Have no IDEA how I am getting to work...THANKS Motormotor!!! By the way I have to pay a mechanic TWICE now because of your junk parts and poor customer service!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
