Mothca is my go-to brand for matte screen protectors. I’ve got one on my phone, my iPad, and my watch. Other products I’ve tried advertise anti-glare features, but Mothca’s glass is the only glass I’ve found that truly eliminates all reflections from your devices screen. The matte texture feels so much better than the stock screen and actually makes swiping interacting with your Apple Watch a pleasant experience. As a bonus, it hides fingerprints so the screen always looks clean. Matte screen protectors do introduce a slight grainy effect on white backgrounds which may be annoying for some, but since you won’t really be consuming media on the Apple Watch it’s pretty much a non-issue. Regardless, I think the benefits vastly outweigh the drawbacks. Install is super easy and straightforward— I really like the installation frame that is included as it actually snaps onto your watch so you know it will line up perfectly. I recommend installing in a steamy bathroom and laying all of the included tools out beforehand to help minimize the amount of dust floating in the air so nothing gets trapped under your screen. Overall this is a great product and I recommend it to anyone looking for a screen protector for their Apple Watch.

I have matte film or glass on every Apple device I own. Even my laptops. This film was by far the easiest to install. Sure, the watch face is so much smaller that I wasn't as worried about bubbles as a laptop but I got zero bubbles for the first time ever. The included install kit and supplies made it as simple as possible. Pro tip: if you get bubbles, they are almost always from a speck of dust. Use a piece of tape to lift the screen protector and another piece of tape or included adhesive to remove the dust. Lay the film down again and repeat the process until there are no more bubbles. It takes patience but is well worth it. I can't stand it when I see pictures of a screen protector with bubbles.

The included guide made it super easy to apply without any bubbles. Ive had no issues with registering touch even when used while wet, water just beads up and is easily cleaned off. It’s held up well against lots of me bumping into things. Comes with two which is great, after I eventually dropped and cracked my first one, watch screen stayed protected.

I bought this protector based on the ratings. When I went to apply it, the protective film on the adhesive side of the protector would not come off as it was supposed to. The tab to pull it off, pulled away without pulling the film off. This caused the protector to move out of place and misalign when attempting to install. When it did go on it had numerous bubbles that would not work out. I had to throw that one away and use the second one, which did apply correctly. So now I paid for a two pack and had to throw one of the two away because it would not apply correctly. Even though the second one did apply correctly, I most likely would not buy this product again as I don't want to pay for a two pack and only be able to use one.

i decided to go for a matte screen protector over a glossy one this time. not only does your finger glide over a matte screen very easily, but no smudges are left behind which is great! the only reason why i decided to give 4 stars is because while installing the first time, the screen protector was not lined up with the watch screen. i tried to readjust the screen protector to line up with my screen which resulted in dust collecting underneath. unsure if it was a defect in the screen protector/cover it comes with for installation. i removed it and decided to try a second time with the extra screen protector and it went on perfectly with no bubbles. overall, i love the way it looks!

Honestly, I have not had the best luck with screen protectors for my watch. And was very surprised buy this one. I loved how easy it was to put on. It fit precisely. Actually couldn’t even tell that it was on. With my type of job, I am always hitting into things, dropping my phone.. Ect but with this watch screen protector, it was very durable. And I am actually ordering another set.
