I have had a difficult time finding shoes i could wear for any period of time let alone a long time that are pretty and feminine. Finally did with these. These are really cute, pretty comfortable (or as comfortable as heels can be, I don’t wear them often lol). True to size. Came with squishy inserts and an extra heel tip. It also came with one heel protector? Not sure if there is meant to be two, but I didn’t need them anyways. Fair warning to those with thicker ankles/legs, I can barely buckle these. Shoes are okay. They are a little big on me, but I can always do a thick sock with them. They seem comfortable for the few minutes I walked on my wood floors. The heel seems nice and sturdy. What I don’t like is the underside of the straps is visible which is not black and it cheapens the shoe. I also could do without the hardware, which I thought was silver. It’s not even gold, it’s some weird copper color. I guess you get what you pay for. Not bad, but not great. I will make them work. ... show more

These do run a bit big. I normally wear a 8.5 and got an 8.5. I will say that I also have wide feet though and I like that they aren’t tight. There is a small gap between my heel and the back of my shoe. I’ll just but something there to fill the space. There isn’t enough room in the gap to make it look weird either!
