The media could not be loaded. I’m really happy with this couch overall, but I’ll start with the one small hiccup first I experienced: The screws on one of the seats would not line up correctly with the predrilled holes. I ended up sitting this one aside and notified the company and they quickly sent out a replacement for this one seat that I received in literally 24 hours. Thankfully, the other seat pieces went together without any problems. Now onto the good stuff, which definitely outweighs that one hiccup. First, assembly was super easy, no tools required, which is a win for someone as mechanically challenged as myself! I also love how modular it is (hence the name). You can rearrange the pieces and armrests to fit your space, which gives you so much flexibility. One day I arranged it for 3-4 guests to all lounge around and another day for a group of 7-8 people who can all easily fit on it. The Velcro on the cushions is also a standout feature for me. My old couch had Velcro, but the cushions would slide all over the place, which drove me nuts. This Velcro is strong, and the cushions stay perfectly in place, whether you’re sitting or lying down. Plus, the couch is really comfortable—honestly, because of the price I did not expect it to feel so luxurious. However this is a major upgrade from my last sofa and an upgrade compared to what I thought I was buying! I was initially worried it might sit too low, but it works perfectly with my high ceilings. All in I would rate it a solid 9.5 out of 10. Highly recommend!

I’m disappointed with this couch. It’s not very easy to clean, and it tends to absorb the color from your clothes quickly. The covers are difficult to put on, and no matter how much I use a lint roller, there are always a lot of lint left. It’s not ideal for families, especially if you have little ones or pets. Love the couch, took me a few days to like the cushions but not too bad. They are not as fluffy as I like but still comfortable. The couch is super easy to clean, easy to put together and easy to move around. I also wish they sold the cover individually but maybe soon!

I’m really impressed with this macy sofa! The order arrived quickly—within just a few days—and was packaged securely in 5 separate boxes. The packaging was sturdy and well-organized. Three of the boxes contained the armless storage modules, one box had the armrest set, and the last box held the ottoman. I really appreciated how well everything was packed, especially the cushions, covers, and hardware, all of which were safely stored inside the sofa itself to prevent damage. Putting the sofa together was a breeze. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I was able to assemble it myself without any trouble. The design is sleek, modern, and fits perfectly in my living room. I also love the Velcro strips that keep the seat cushions securely in place. With dogs in the house, this is a huge plus—there’s no worry of the cushions sliding off or being pulled out when the dogs jump on or off the sofa, or when I lift the lid to access the storage space. The fabric feels durable and is easy to maintain—the color also hides dog hair really well! The cushions are comfortable yet provide great support.
