I've only used it once but it looks very nice. The only thing I don't like about it is the "Montana West" in small gold, but visible letters on one side of the tote. I understand it's name/logo appearing but I would've loved it more if it were not there!

It is an attractive style but I do have issues with that annoying and flimsy pouch in the bag. You have nowhere to put small items and things like pens and lip gloss are constantly falling out. A zipper closure would have been useful.
