I had a similar style wallet that was disintegrating and decided to try this style with a fabric exterior instead of artificial leather. I cut off the wristband as I will only be using it inside a handbag. Be aware, the dimensions are not the same as listed in the description. Not including the wrist strap but only the wallet portion itself, the wallet is 8.5" long, 4.5" tall, and 1.25" thick. So far I am happy with it for the following features. It is very lightweight. It has two sections for bills, one on either side of the change purse. It has ample slots for credit cards. The only drawback I have found is that the card slot adjacent to the license pocket is too deep, so any credit card placed there needs to be perpendicular for easy access. On second thought, that isn't really a drawback as it allows for quick access to a frequently used card. There is a large storage pocket behind the card slots. You could also use that for more discrete bill storage. In summary, I hope this lasts for years because it is well designed. ... show more

I was drawn to the southwestern motif of this wristlet, it’s actually kind of cool. The embroidery is fantastic on the front, it’s thick and stitched extremely well. The outside is entirely cloth and the colors do compliment each other (love the turquoise & orange). I do appreciate the wide wrist strap, it is very soft and flexible, not to mention the cute accent at one end. The inside is really smooth and soft as well (again stitched nice). It has 10 card slots and 3 long compartments in addition to a zippered coin compartment. The coin compartment is a bit stiff for my liking and not very wide. The other 3 compartments are more forgiving, nice & loose. The card slots I love, you can actually take your cards in & out with no problem whatsoever. Some wallets have such tight card slots that they are rendered useless. The card slot to the left of the ID slot is deep. If you put a card in this slot, you will not see it just FYI. The zipper works really well, no struggles with it. The wristlet is nice & large and is light. This will definitely be a nice “grab n go” for me. I love the quality of everything that Montana West puts out. I own several bags. This is the first wallet I've gotten. And I am impressed with the attention to detail. The wristlet is a comfortable size to carry. The strap is thick enough to prevent it from cutting into your skin without being bulky. The pattern of the wallet is consistant all the way around. With quality stitching at all the seams. Even the name is embroidered with leather accents on both sides. Inside is soft structured leather with lots of card storage and a zippered compartment for change. There are plenty of slots for cash and important cards and a dedicated slot for a license to be visible for easy access. The zipper slides easily to open nearly flat. Making it easy to get items in and out of the wallet. And the swivel at the wristlet seems durable enough to hold up to lots of use. It is a larger wallet, but not bulky. First thing, this wallet is beautifully designed. The colors are bright and bold and I’ve got many compliments on it already. For someone who notices the details, this wallet is full of them. The wristlet has a small “M” on it to represent the brand. It is made of metal that imitates a rope. Fitting, for the western style. I like the Southwestern vibe of this wristlet. The exterior print is bold and the raised orange Montana West Logo is very bold. Some of the little details such as the brass rope looking "M" emblem on the wristlet strap provide more interest. There are a generous ten card slots on the inside and the wallet easily expands to accommodates the thickness of that many cards, so yay! In addition, the interior has a bill pocket, a zip pocket and an additional slip in pocket that houses my iphone perfectly. I'm hoping that the exterior which feels like canvas will not become overly soiled, but I think that it should clean with a damp cloth if that happens. Up close, this wallet’s printed fabric looks and feels a little bit cheap. It’s not bad quality and it’s well made but something about the printing is a little cheap looking. Material aside, I like this wallet. It’s big enough to hold everything I need and my iPhone 15 plus so I can use it as a purse but I can also fit it in my regular side purses. The wrist strap is very thick secure so I do like to just have this as a wristlet if I’m just running out really quickly. The little slot inside for your driver’s license is not my favorite design. Instead of the plastic with the little hole so slide up your ID card, it is metal mesh. It looks really nice but it is a pain to get your license out if you need it quickly or easily. This MONTANA WEST clutch is so cool and of excellent quality. The wrist strap is wide, so it doesn't dig into your arm and it's long enough to fit a bigger arm - all with no slippage. Quite comfortable to carry. Oh, and there's a cute horse shoe clasp holding on the strap, nice touch! The inside has a pocket with plenty of room for my Motorola cell phone. There's a zip pouch for cash & coins, and plenty of card slots. The zipper opens smoothly. The material outside is a rougher cloth with the Montana West logo placed on it. I am just in LOVE with this color scheme and pattern. This wallet looks so fun! The quality is great, and it is nice and sturdy. Inside has a very classy lining and has plenty of room for cards and cash. I am excited to be able to pair this with lots of different styles.
