Out of the box: Earbuds (2 R&L) Charging case Usb charging cable Ear tips 3 sizes Instruction manual **CHARGE BEFORE USING (Remove plastic covering contacts before placing in charging case) Solid red indicates earbuds are charging. No solid red light indicates earbuds are charged. *Multi function buttons (r&l) earbuds: Took me a few tries to get a handle on the commands since all the commands are between 2 buttons either the (r) or (l) earbud. I found when changing the volume up or down it takes 1/2 sec to comply after multi function button on earbud is pressed which is not a problem just something to note. *Calls: Calls were clear, caller on the other end said there was no feedback and they could hear me clearly. *Music: Music was clear and bass was enough for my liking. I want my hearing around when I'm older so I listen to things at what I consider a reasonable volume. Mind you this is day (1) so far so good, I will update as time goes on and, hopefully ๐Ÿคžmy review will still be positive. Update: Nov 28, 2019 Sound quality: still good and crystal clear nice bass. Battery life: I don't use mine everyday, but I did leave them on all day on the days I did use them and it took them around 24+ hrs to die before needing to be recharged. Pairing: They only pair to one device at a time๐Ÿ˜ž. Every now and then I did have a little trouble at which point I placed them back in the case and then removed and immediately removed them that seemed to resolve the issue. Secure fit: The only real con for me was staying in my ears. Even after trying different size buds they would sometimes fall out especially if I bent over. Don't wanna run the risk of losing them or have them fall into the sink while doing dishes listening to a book or music. ... show more

left one is the primary, must always be on. right one cuts out a lot. good quality sound though. lasts about 90 mins on max volume, 2 or 3 hours on medium

I tried a few earbuds before deciding on these. I based my purchase on comfort and sound quality. Some of the ones I tried, hurt after short use. Some didn't fit my ear at all. For the price of these, I can honestly tell you, that these sound WAY better than the AirPods. For me, the Apple ones didn't fit well, and kept falling out. The thing about earbuds is that they have to create a seal in your ear canal otherwise the sound quality is not great at all. Great headphones for the price. I actually have some headphones in the higher price category, the Monster headphones are now my go to wireless headphones. They have a solid fit in my ear and do not feel like they are going to fall out. They pair once taken out of the case and the carrying case is the perfect size to put in your pocket.     • Disappointed no bass all treble
Like all the ear buds I have no bass to much treble and with these ear buds to use the buttons on them you have to push hard so it does hurt your ears. Not liking them but I do have the monster earphones with the chord and that sounds amazing that's why i tried these. Also shipped a day late so all around disappointed. ... show more

My son bought these and they didnโ€™t last 1 week. One of the charging pins fell out and was inside the earbud after only a few days of use. So, that one wouldnโ€™t charge anymore. Maybe he just got a bad pair, but we returned them for a refund.
