Super high quality - compare to Figs, without the price tag. Very on-trend with the different cuts Monarch offers. Soft, opaque, and material seems way better than my Figs. This thing is the business - I’ll def buy more colors! Only wished they offered embroidery. **The only caveat for me personally, is the sizing. I usually need a S top and M bottom which obviously you’re not going to get with a set, that’s fine. But the pants fit so perfect and TTS in the legs and hips, but on short girls (I’m 5’2) they’re pretty high-waisted and the waist is huge and you have to cinch it so much that you can tell it doesn’t fit perfect. On first wear I realized immediately at the beginning my 12 hour shift that there was a hole in my pants leg side pocket, making it ineffective to carry pens and my penlight immediately. Nothing a nurse likes more than losing a pocket at the beginning of a 12 hour shift, let alone when first wearing brand scrubs.
