I am 5ft8, 170lbs, athletic fit. I ordered this in MEDIUM size and now wish I tried the SMALL size instead. Of course I don't know if the S size would have been a perfect fit for me, but I can say that the Medium size is too large to look nice on the body, unfortunately this one looks pretty baggy on me. Quick observations: - the fabric is reflective/shiny - OK for workout clothes but not a fashionable track suit (for those who like that :) Not me...) - the fabric has some weight to it and is reasonably thick, this is not a summer tracksuit, I am using it to run in the mid season in NY in some cold weather. - The fabric has a medium "elasticity", stretches maybe 25% of its original shape, just enough to feel comfortable for workout. - The zippers feel decent quality overall, they open and close well but time will tell if they break unexpectedly. - I like that all 4 pockets (2 in pants and 2 in jacket) are zipped so I can safely store my phone or headphones in them while running. - The inside of the jacket is not "finished", it shows the fabric seams. Not an issue per se, but also indicative of the average quality/finish of this set, nothing high quality here, just acceptable and expected for the price. It is comfortable to wear, so overall 4 stars if this fits your budget, just make sure you order 1 size down if you're looking for a "fitted" fit, else order your normal size.

I frequently like to wear just 'sweats' when I'm home. A couple of weeks ago, I bought this tracksuit in blue. I've worn it many times. I like it so much, I just bought it in grey. It is very comfortable, and fits true to size. And, when I go out in this, I really do feel properly dressed. It is well made, and does add a nice 'finished' touch to sweats. I am glad I found these.
