Terrible! Didn’t come with all the parts so we had to go buy them separate from Moen, they sent us the wrong parts... TWICE The arc isn’t far enough into the sink, it’s very short, every time I wash up I hit my hands on the back of the sink and water splashes all over the counter because the faucet is so short it doesn’t aim the water into the center of the sink.

Pretty faucet but...…..the sprout length is too short for a average sized sink with pre drilled holes. I am not sure what type of sink the faucet would fit but it would have to be some sort of a mini sink. I had to return and I am glad my plumber was ok with coming back at another time to install a different faucet for me. I really don't understand what type of sink would need this faucet so beware before you buy and always measure first. I have a pedestal Kohler sink that was bought @ a big box store a couple years ago. My plumber said that the holes in the sink are always about 2.5 inch's from the back of the sink as it is hard exactly how to measure where the faucet holes are if you already have a old faucet attached.

I installed this faucet in a quartz solid surface vanity top that had faucet holes a bit far from the basin due to an undermount basin. Unfortunately the faucet delivers water straight down, not at an angle matching the angle of the spout. This caused the water to flow about 1 inch from the back of the basin and it was not easy to wash. I was able to replace the aerator cartridge with one that has an adjustable angle and now all is great! Neoperl Adjustable Angle Swivel Tip Bottom Aerator 1.5 GPM WaterSense Listed Soft Stream The valve (SOLD SEPARATELY) Moen 9000 M-PACT Widespread Lavatory Rough-In Valve with Drain Assembly was easy to install BEFORE the vanity top was installed, but it looks like it would be difficult to install on a vanity top that is already in place. The faucet is solid and now works great with the addition of the $5 adjustable angle aerator.

The Moen faucet we purchased on Amazon on 12/8/18 was to replace the 10 year old faucet on a 2-sink vanity - we bought the same style we have on the other sink. When both were originally installed about 10 years ago, we were told by the plumber that Moen has a lifetime guarantee. We've had them repaired over the years 3 times. When it went this last time, our plumber suggested we get a replacement unit. I couldn't find a Moen number or email address to contact, so I bought it on Amazon. When it arrived without a part, Amazon provided a contact number. When I called they said they would send out the part. I asked about the guarantee, and he asked what parts I needed. I asked why he didn't credit my account, but he said all he could offer was a 10% rebate on the one we just purchased. Big deal. I don't considering that a lifetime guarantee. I consider that "bait & switch".

I bought two each of the faucet and valve. It's a lovely faucet and the Eva line is very nice. One of the reasons I chose it is that it is all metal parts except for the plastic underneath part of the pop-up that rests inside the drain. I was my intent to avoid faucets that had chrome plated plastic parts. I did not have any missing parts, and had no problems installing it by myself (first time installing a faucet). There is a helpful video on the Moen site btw, which I found after I installed one. I see that others had problems with missing parts. I had extra parts: 2 nuts - Part K depicted in the instructions, but with no other reference to them in the installation diagrams - which were not used. The flaw I mention is that the stopper doesn't keep water in the sink from flowing down the drain, even when I am pushing down on the stopper. The stopper doesn't seem to have adequate flange. Not to insult Moen, because it is a superior product, but the Delta faucet I replaced it with did hold water after I adjusted the pop-up assembly properly. This problem seems to be due solely to the stopper itself. I find the reach and height to work well with my Kohler sink, and the water flow hits right on the drain. The center of the spout is set back 2" from the back of the sink. The reach is about 4 3/4" (center to center); height about 6" (deck to top of faucet). For reference my sink is 10 1/2" front to back and 16 1/2" across, inside dimensions. When I purchased, the price for the faucet + valve was an excellent buy, and substantially less expensive than the same items at Lowe's. I am very happy with my purchase.

I'm not sure about the reviews that say the spigot isn't long enough to reach into your sink. It's for a bathroom faucet, not a kitchen. For that, it's plenty tall and long. I purchased both the faucet and the valves, assuming it would all come in one kit. It did not. I got the faucet (handles and spigot) in one box and the valves and hoses in another. The valves and hoses box had instructions, though it made certain assumptions, I suppose, and skipped a few steps. The box with the handles and spigot came with zero instructions. Luckily, I've installed a few before and had a good idea how to do it, but if you have not, you'll have to try and find an online video. I tried the Moen website for this particular faucet style and didn't find anything. So, good luck.

I'm doing a bathroom remodel. This has taken longer than expected. I am only just now opening the box and realizing that it is missing the essential pieces to install the faucet. I'm also realizing that yesterday the window closed for returns. Now I have an expensive faucet that is useless to me because I can't install it.

Did not include all pieces needed for install. Those cost an additional $80 which I had to order. Plumber will have to return to complete job. That information needed to be made more clear to potential buyers not familiar with plumbing fixtures. I kept it in spite of inconvenience only because I really liked the style and will stick with Delta for future purchases
