My biggest peeve is white shorts where you see everything. These are slightly more see through than I'd prefer, you can see the outline of pockets, but not so noticeable that it bothered me too much. I'm 5'2" & 170lbs, ordered the XL. I carry my weight in my lower abdomen after two c-sections and it's most problem zone. These shorts actually had a flattering fit with enough stretch to be comfortable. I love a stretchy pair of denim, but it's usually not flattering because it just expands to fit over the buldge instead of offering compression. These are hands down my favorite shorts. Bought two pairs in spring 2021 and they are still in amazing shape. Ordering some new colors for this summer. The biggest reason I love them is the fit. I am happy to finally find shorts that fit. I have to shop in the teen/kid department, and I hate it because they dress like little hoochies, I do not like my butt hanging out, trashy. It cannot be helped until doctors get my weight controlled (gain). These shorts are a little big, but they don't swallow me up. They are nice, lightweight and comfortable. I need more like these. LOL, I apologize for the rant, I just had a couple of assignments in Psychology that have left me a little disgusted with the way people allow their kids to dress in a world full of predators. Very cute! Not too long not too short. Got it in white and it is stretchy but not too thin , if you don’t want these shorts tight. I’m 5’8 and 150 and got a large. i don’t normally wear shorts but i read a bunch of great comments .. first off Yes they are comfortable i have thick legs and a big booty so they rid up a bit but it could be because im a bit outta my comfort zone . Fit was just as expected .
