I really like this product and think it is simple, sturdy, and a good concept. HOWEVER, the first time I used it, I set my toddler in it, and turned away to clear some things off of the counter and within that split second, she had bent down into a squatting position and fell backwards on her head onto the floor! She is okay, but it was really scary since we are always really careful and had never had her fall anywhere like this before. >>> I now stand right behind her the entire time she's in the learning tower. <<< It would be useful to install some type of cross bar or panel across the back of it — halfway below the single cross bar that comes with it. I just wanted to put this warning out there so other parents/guardians don't have to experience the same thing and can be extra cautious from the get-go. Additionally, we use this at the sink and the part that our toddler stands on gets wet; this gets very slippery, so I'd also suggest to cover that area with stick-on grip pads (similar to what they make for bathtubs) or something like that. It's a nice product, just needs some warnings or calls to attention on the details for safe usage!

This product was easy to assemble, sturdy, a looks great, however, it is very unsafe for a child under 5. Like others on here, my daughter was standing, bent over, and fell backward out of it. Luckily my husband was there to catch her, but she would have gone flat back and smacked her head. Something that is not mentioned on the listing is the part of the stool that the child stands on is 11 inches at the widest, but it is curved and the main section where the kids are standing is a little less than 10.5 inches. Unless they are standing still (which most kids aren't) or paying extreme attention to where they are standing, they are at a high risk of falling out or having their feet slip off. If the standing section wasn't curved and was larger (like 14-16 inches like most other towers) it would have been perfect for us. However, since it is dangerous we will be returning it.

Updated review after receiving the incorrect product: I received the replacement product and am happy. My son hasn’t used it yet, but it looks sturdy and I like that it has an adjustable platform height. You can see it’s the height of the counter - it would have been a nice perk if it was just an inch or two shorter so I could slide under the kitchen island with the stools to get out of the way. The screws were missing, which is not cool - I just used the screws I already have and it worked well. Overall I’m happy with the product for the price.

Overall a great product! I did a lot of looking around first and I’m so happy this is the toddler tower I went with! It’s sturdy and well made. There are a few scratches but those would soon happen anyway. The screws aren’t the easiest to get in so I’d recommend a drill but I did it all in about 45 minutes with a tiny hand screwdriver. My daughter is over the moon with this and so am I! And for age reference, my daughter just turned 3 and I have her on the top level. She’s tiny and I’m sure this summer we’ll have to move it down a notch.

Overall this stool is just ok. It seems sturdy enough and my 2 year old grandson can use it easily. I like the bar to keep him from falling. My main complaint is the color. The gray color is very blue- not a true gray. I will probably keep it and repaint it instead of returning but it’s important to know the gray is more blue than gray.
