This item was impossible to assemble. The instructions were mostly pictures that did not give a clue what to do. No narrative to follow. Some items might have been missing. Lining up sections to join was not doable since you would have to squish the sides to get them to align. I was not squishing sides and damaging frame so sections would not join and could not complete. . This item is especially not possible to assemble by an elderly person or someone doing it without help. Tools included were very generic and mediocre, screws were difficult to align in frame and pass-through machine created holes that were jagged and did not align. I Gabe this product a 4 because it was missing a couple of pieces making it flimsy and unable to operate . I am not using it as a tollway bed but I used the bedframes on my current T twin bed making it more steady .
