I am a big fan of Mizuno's. I believe I started with the Inspire 9 or 10's. However as the Inspire versions progressed they got bigger and more stiff. So about 5 years ago, I switched to the Wave Rider. I run with the blue inserts from Super Jock & Jill based out of Seattle. With the insert the wave rider has given me the support I need in a much lighter and comfortable shoe. I just bought this latest version 26 and it reminds me of the early Inspires. Good fit, good support, but also light with nice rebound. The foam at the heal is quite wide, so I did find the inside heal rub against the opposite ankle a few times.
